If on the other hand, your mold growth is confined to your HVAC systems, then you need a mold remediation contractor who has experience in such specialized mechanical hygiene methods.
Your mold removal contractor should be aware of all industry regulation requiring the sort of material to use, and methods of containment of mold that are allowed by the law. He must be familiar with environmental regulations governing the disposal of mold spores, and should make adequate efforts to control these. He has to be insured, and bonded, to avoid the risk of you being liable for damages in the case of an accident on your premises. Ask for a written estimate of his work. In the event that new mold formations are discovered after the commencement of the remediation, inquire about the kind of rates that will be charged additionally.
