Built our home in 2004. Found ants coming from wall near tub, sprayed and opened wall and found black mold. Called builder who stated it was from grout in shower that has fallen out. Builder refusing to fix. Wife has been having trouble breathing, and have a 6 year old with a bad cough. I have drywall piece to replace hole in wall, just want to make sure mold is removed the right way. Please help!!

We tested a room in our house for mold with a kit from Home Depot (sent to lab for results). The results indicated that we have mold. Even though it appears we don't have the toxic kind we'd like to get an estimate on remediation/moisture control suggestions.

Need to remove mold from a 44x20x10 space, at a school. It is on the wallboard due to a leak in the ceiling. The ceiling leak will be fixed and I am in need of a quote to remove the moldy wallboards and clean the brick substrate.

We noticed a leak in our master bathroom shower. Water has leaked for an unknown period (we just bought the house) into the hallway and possible traveled into the bedroom across the hall. When plumbers came to repair the shower, they found that there is black mold behind the shower walls. I would like someone to survey the damage and locate any more mold that has grown due to this water damage. I am concerned it may even be under the carpet where the water has leaked.

We have mold inside the walls and visible mold on ceiling and baseboards.We also have mold in the attic.We think it was caused from the roof leaking around the fire place and we had no idea this was going on.We need help.
